-He is drinking from a straw sippy cup. We tried a regular sippy and he wasn't interested, but he took right to the straw one! It's funny because Ayden was at least 18 months old before he figured out how to use a straw!
-He is drinking whole milk during the day and formula at night (so we don't have to come downstairs to make the bottle, we keep the formula and water in his room). Yes, he still wakes up for a bottle at night, sometimes twice, and no, I don't know when we plan to wean him from it ;)
-Busy is the best word to describe him! He is at that age where everything is something to explore! We can't turn our backs for a second if he isn't in a babyproofed area or he will be into something or on top of something before we know it! I have to get creative when I need to take a shower because he screams if I put him in his crib, so he now hangs out in the jump-a-roo in our bedroom with a Yo Gabba Gabba DVD on the TV, and even that only buys me about 15 minutes. Momma doesn't wear a lot of makeup and have rockin' hair these days!!
-He is a speedy crawling, master cruising, climbing machine! Still no interest in walking at this time, although he is standing independently for a few seconds at a time.
-He current favorite word is bubba, and I think it's sooo cute! He loves when Ayden plays with him and they have started "rough housing" a bit which Ethan loves!!! I really have to watch that Ayden doesn't get too rough! He also thinks pretty much anything Ayden does is hilarious!
-He got his 2nd haircut this month and this time got a "big boy" haircut with the clippers! He did very well and looks like such a little man! Mommy loves it but misses those curls! ;-)
-He absolutely loves bathtime and throws a screaming fit when its time to get out of the tub!
-He still loves going to Mom's Day Out and is doing great there! The ladies just love him!
-He still hasn't met a food that he doesn't like!
He is such a sweet, lovable, happy little guy who loves to laugh! He is different from Ayden in many ways, but they both have that loving, laughing, upbeat personality! I just love my happy little guys!
