Under Contract!

We finally reached an agreement with the buyers and are officially under contract on the house! We are set to close Feb. 2nd. Please remember to keep us in your prayers that it will all go as planned! We have experienced apartment life, and while we are very grateful to have a nice, safe, warm place to come home to at night, we are also very anxious to get into a one story HOUSE...hopefully by the end of March!
