This is in loving memory of our beloved, spunky, fiesty Jack Russell Terrier, Jack, who died yesterday morning. He will be very missed but we know he is in a better place and is running around, barking and playing to his heart's content. We know he will be the best of friends with Pepper, Shadow, and Rosco who all passed on from this world in the same tragic way. I found this beautiful poem and we would like to dedicate to our "Jackers"- Feb.18, 2002-Aug.29, 2008
Although we are all still so heartbroken over the loss of our little Jackers, we will for many, many years have funny stories to tell of his "shenanigans". Jess, your comment about "he lived how he died" was so fitting -- Jack "zipped in and and zipped out". He never missed an opportunity to have a good ol' "dog" time, running, jumping (off of ANYTHING!) swimming, whatever opportunity arose. We loved him, but he lived more life than a lot of dogs twice his age. I'm so sorry for you and Chris. Mom
