Yesterday I decided to do something a little more productive than channel surf all afternoon, so I unpacked boxes of baby clothes and put them up on hangers (yes, I was able to do this while technically resting on the couch :) Have I mentioned how convenient it is that we are having our second boy during the same season of the year? I knew Ayden had a lot of clothes, but after going through the boxes, I was almost overwhelmed. I could easily clothe a set of TWIN boys! I quickly realized that the 100 hangers and 50 clothespins I had were not nearly enough to hang everything, so just the nicer items got put on hangers. Everything got hung according to size and season and I was very pleased with the outcome...Ethan by far has the most organized closet in the house! Now if I could just take this motivation to my mine and Chris' closets! Aside from what you see hanging, I also have 5 dresser drawers packed to the rim with 0-9 months clothing, and 4 more boxes in the bottom of the closet of t-shirts, shorts, pajama's, and shoes. I could make a fortune in consignment right now! Hopefully Ethan's size and the seasons will match up pretty closely with Ayden because I have so many cute things I can't wait to see him wear! Here is a picture of the finished product!
p.s. I have only bought 4 of the things you see hanging since I got pregnant with Ethan, the rest belonged to Ayden!
